202nd Infantry, State Color. Composed of men from more than fourteen counties in the Commonwealth, the 202nd was organized on September 3, 1864. The state color was completed and sent to the State Agency in September 1864, where it remained in December. Whether or not the regiment received the flag after that time is unknown. The regiment was mustered out of service on August 3, 1865.
